The vouchers work at many local shops and hawker stalls & supermarkets that participate in the CDC programme. Stores that accept them include Sheng Siong and NTUC FairPrice & Cold Storage along with small businesses in neighborhood centers. You can divide the vouchers into smaller amounts when making different purchases so they are flexible for daily shopping.
